Kathy and I do not watch TV, so somehow we missed these commercials. The gimmick, Ivar Hoagland, (Ivar's) had underwater billboards installed in Puget Sound because he believed there would be submarine traffic in the future. Here is one of the Youtube videos "documenting" the event.
I tried to use Google to locate where they have put the boards and failed. If you know the location please drop me a note, I would like to see that.
